We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. However, subject to availability, we also accept last-minute bookings.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking, subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to our terms and conditions or contact us for more information on our cancellation policy and any associated fees.
We offer some standard pick-up spots near the Lindos area. For the Visit Symi excursion we also offer Rhodes Marina as an additional boarding point.
When you're booking, just pick your preferred pick-up spot from the drop-down list. Our standard boarding locations won't cost you anything extra.
If you have another boarding location in mind, or wish to be picked up from your hotel or villa, no problem! Please contact us 3 days before your cruise date. We'll try our best to make it work. Pick-ups can be done either by Mini Van or by Boat, depending on your preference, at an extra cost and is not included in your booking price. This additional fee will need to be paid on the spot directly to the driver or the skipper.
Your safety is our priority. We will assess the weather conditions and in the case of adverse weather, the itinerary of the booking or the destination may need to be altered, or the entire booking rescheduled based on availability. In any case, we will do our best to guarantee an unforgettable experience. Generally, the waters surrounding Rhodes, with its extensive coastline of 258 km, not only boast one of the safest environments in the Dodecanese but also offer ample options and flexibility for last-minute adjustments to the schedule. A refund can be provided if booking cancelation is necessary.
Safety is our top priority. Our boats undergo regular maintenance and safety inspections to ensure they meet all necessary standards and conform to the safety regulations of the Greek Authorities. We provide life jackets, emergency equipment, first aid kit, and safety briefings before each rental.
Yes, we provide life jackets and other necessary safety equipment. Your safety is our priority, and we ensure that all safety measures are in place for a secure and enjoyable experience. If children accompany you, you need to bring any needed floating devices.
The capacity of our boats varies. Please check the specifications of each of our vessels.
Yes, we offer snorkeling equipment on all vessels, as well as either a Stand Up Pedal board or a rechargeable Sea Scooter safe for children, depending on the vessel. For children and toddlers, we also provide beach toys.
You can do either. We offer private day trips, exclusively reserved for you and your guests, with one of our professional skippers on board for a relaxed and tailored experience.
If you prefer to explore on your own, you can charter the Axopar with or without skipper (a valid boating license is required for bareboat). Our Bayliner is also available for rent and does not require a license.

Yes, absolutely. Our private cruises are perfect for celebrating special moments at sea — from birthdays and anniversaries to marriage proposals and bachelor or bachelorette gatherings.
Our team will gladly assist you with the organization, whether it’s arranging a birthday cake, planning a surprise proposal, or adding thoughtful touches to make the occasion truly unforgettable.
A boating license isn't required if you are accompanied by one of our fully licensed skippers. However, the Axopar 25CT can be also rented bareboat, requiring a valid international boat driving license.
We do also offer boats that can be rented without a license such as our Bayliner M17
In our Day Cruise products, fuel is included.
For Rent a Boat services, fuel costs are not included. We provide the boat with a full tank of fuel, and you only pay for the fuel consumed during your rental period.
What to Bring
- Essentials Only: Pack light; limited space available. Wear your usual beach attire, towels, sunblock and hats, light hoodie or jacket for cooler months or evenings. Bring what you'd need for a full beach day. If children accompany you, add any needed floating devices.
- No Pets: Prefer pets stay ashore if possible.
For all-day cruises, we offer a light snack and a selection of drinks.

Food and drinks are not included in the Rent a Boat price. You have the option to bring your own or you can contact us with your request.
Our payment terms together with our cancelation policy can also be found in our Terms and Conditions, but here is a quick summary.
- Deposit Requirement:
- A minimum deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation.
- The deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
- Final Payment:
- The remaining 75% of the total booking amount must be settled no later than 10 days prior to the scheduled booking date if paid by credit card or bank transfer. If the balance is to be paid by cash it can be settled on the spot to your skipper at the day of the cruise.
- Failure to settle the remaining balance within this timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, and a relevant email notification will be sent.
- NOTE: For bookings made less than 10 days from the scheduled booking date, the full amount of the total booking is required within 24 hours of placing the booking, Unless of course you opt to pay by cash on the spot.
- Last Minute Costs:
- Different pick up locations, extras ordered 2 days before your cruise, fuel costs (for the rent a boat service), etc. are invoiced and paid on location either by cash or credit card.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If a booking is cancelled by the client up to 7 days before the scheduled booking date, the deposit will be fully refunded. If the client has already paid the full amount for the cruise, the entire amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made after the 7-day limit, either by the client or due to non-settlement of the remaining balance, will result in forfeiture of whatever has been paid.
