Payment Terms:
- Deposit Requirement:
- A deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation.
- The deposit must be paid within 7 days of making the booking.
- NOTE: For bookings made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled booking date, the deposit is required within 24 hours of placing the booking
- Final Payment:
- The remaining 75% can be settled by card 3 days prior to the scheduled booking date or alternatively on the cruise date by Cash on the spot.
- Failure to settle the remaining balance before the cruise start time, will result in the cancellation of the booking.
- Collision Damage Waiver for Rent a boat without Skipper (Bare Boat Option):
- A valid boating license is required
- Additionally, a €1,600 collision damage waiver will be held on your credit card on the day of your trip. This amount will not be charged and will be released once the boat is returned in good condition with no damages. Please note that American Express cards do not support the holding function. Instead, American Express charges the full amount of €1,600, which is refunded approximately 30 days after the boat is returned in good condition with no damages.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If a booking is cancelled by the client up to 7 days before the scheduled booking date, any amount paid will be fully refunded.
- Cancellations made from the 7 day limit and till 1 day before the cruise date, will result in forfeiture of 25% of the cruise value (the deposit amount).
- Cancelations made on the cruise date or 1 day prior will result in forfeiture of whatever has been paid.
- Non-settlement of the remaining balance before the start of the cruise, will result in forfeiture of whatever has been paid.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event of a Force Majeure situation from our side, regardless of the dates, the entire amount paid will be refunded. Force Majeure situations pertain to unforeseen mechanical failures beyond our control.
- Bad weather:
- In the case of adverse weather conditions, the itinerary of the booking or the destination may need to be altered, or the entire booking rescheduled based on availability. In any case, we will do our best to guarantee an unforgettable experience. Generally, the waters surrounding Rhodes, with its extensive coastline of 258 km, not only boast one of the safest environments in the Dodecanese but also offer ample options and flexibility for last-minute adjustments to the schedule. If rescheduling is not possible due to lack of availability on either our side or the customer’s, a full refund will be provided.
- Payment Methods:
- Payments can be made via credit card using Viva Bank Quick Pay link, which, among others also supports Apple Pay and GooglePay.
- Bank transfers are also accepted on request. Banking details are provided by separate e mail.
- Additional Charges:
- Any last-minute charges, not included in the original booking (such as additional fuel for extra mileage requested during the cruise, extra services, change of meeting location, etc.) can be settled by cash at the end of the cruise.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms of use, including any non-contractual obligations arising therefrom, the parties shall endeavor to settle the dispute amicably through good faith negotiations.
If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, both parties agree that the Greek courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising from or related to the use of our site or the services provided herein.
This clause shall not limit our right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
